Some people know all their lives what they want to do when they grow up. Some people just grow up. I did the latter. I didn’t start school until I was 32, and I’m graduating at 35, but I know for a fact that Graphic Design is my passion.

I started by designing logos for my husband’s local band; just me, a piece of paper and a marker. Then I decided to join the rest of the world and bought a computer. Logos turned into flyers turned into CD packaging and the rest is history.

If I had gone to school directly out of high school I would have made the wrong choice for my life, I wouldn’t have been committed to school and really learning my craft and by now I would have been unhappy and searching for something else. Instead I am making a life I can live happily ever after.
